Self-acceptance is something you know about, and probably agree with in principle, but now it’s time to start practicing it even more. Self-acceptance needs to be more of a priority for you. As you do the 10-day plan, make sure to give yourself at least 15 minutes a day to complete each exercise. The more you practice self-acceptance, the less you reject yourself, and the more your life will flow in a positive direction. Pay special attention to the exercises on Day 2 and Day 3.
